The Inspiration Behind the Ventures Hub
Ventures Hub was inspired by a clear mission: to create a space that moves at the speed of innovation.
We saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between vision and infrastructure—to provide startups with a
workspace that wasn’t just functional but adaptive, scalable, and future-ready.
As large-scale developments progress, we embraced a modular approach, allowing entrepreneurs to start,
build, and grow their ventures without delay. We drew inspiration from
global startup hubs where agility and flexibility define success.
This hub was designed to be an interim yet high-impact solution—a venture launchpad where startups can set
up quickly, customize their spaces, and expand as they scale.
At BatStateU KIST Park, locators aren’t just tenants; they are part of an evolving ecosystem where ventures don’t just start—they thrive.

This is a six-storey interdisciplinary hub that focuses on learning, design thinking, and the convergence
of design and technology. It aims to bring together technical depth, design methodology, and a focus on
societal impact.
The locators may include companies focused on developing innovative software, apps, and digital solutions.
These can range from artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) applications to virtual
reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) experiences; ventures working on the development of new hardware
products, including wearable technology, consumer electronics, and IoT (Internet of Things) devices; firms
specializing in industrial design, product design, UX/UI design, and graphic design that can benefit from
collaboration with tech innovators and researchers; companies focused on digital media, content creation,
and multimedia production, utilizing the space for both creation and collaboration; and architecture,
construction and design firms.

The five-storey Technology Hub at BatStateU KIST Park houses industry locators that promote innovation,
research, and entrepreneurial growth across diverse tech sectors.
It is expected that high impact researches and sustainable extension services shall arise giving birth the
publications, patents and products commercialized. This will also serve as the training ground for budding
startups.

The six-storey Smart Manufacturing Hub features high-tech workspaces, industry-grade prototyping labs, and smart production areas for advanced manufacturing and industrial transformation.

The ten-storey Innovation Hub features a 2,000-person convention center for industry events, a hotel for accommodations for innovators and professionals, and dedicated spaces for industry locators and commercial spaces.
